Coming Soon: Structured Programs
The original HeadingSkills training page introduced the program structure as a guided path. This port keeps that structure open: start with the drills library, use the drill planner for session building, and follow the technique articles for detail.
The practical order is foundation contact, static heading, tossed-ball timing, directional headers, jump headers, crossed-ball finishing, defensive clearances, then contested aerial duels.
